No, the Stamppi™ ink is waterproof and holds up through 50 washes at 30 °C, 30 washes at 60 °C, and 15 washes at 90 °C. If the design fades over time, you can simply stamp over it again to refresh it, or use a textile ink refill to bring back the stamp's intensity.

Your order is then shipped. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as it ships. The total estimated time from order to delivery is 10 to 15 business days.

If no one is home at delivery, small packages are left in your mailbox. For larger packages, or if the mailbox can't be accessed, the package is held at your nearest post office, where you can pick it up within 14 days.

A package may be returned to us if the address was wrong or if it wasn't picked up at the post office within 14 days. To have it sent back to you, just contact info@kiddiprint.com. Reshipping costs start at 10 € and vary depending on the size and weight of the package.

A KiddiPrint order with several items may arrive in separate shipments. Our stock is deliberately spread across several warehouses to avoid a total loss in the event of a natural disaster or logistics incident. Each item ships as soon as it's ready.

PRODUCT WARRANTY — 12 MONTHS
KiddiPRINT guarantees its products against any manufacturing defect for 12 months from the date the order is received.

This warranty exclusively covers:

— Manufacturing defects found under normal conditions of use

— Malfunction of the inking mechanism not caused by improper use

— Any issue related to the quality of the delivered product

This warranty does not cover:

— Damage resulting from use that doesn't follow the instructions provided (leaflet included in the package, instructions available on our website and sent by email)

— Normal wear of the product from heavy use

— Damage caused by negligence, mishandling or accident

— Products whose defect is reported more than 12 months after the date of receipt

How to claim the warranty: Any warranty request must be sent to our customer service at info@kiddiprint.com.

The customer must describe the problem and provide, if requested, a photo or video showing the defect. If the defect is confirmed, KiddiPRINT commits to sending an identical personalized replacement product as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to the customer.

If your order confirmation email hasn't arrived, first check your junk and spam folders. If you still can't find it, email info@kiddiprint.com with the full name, shipping address and phone number used when placing the order.

If you receive a defective product, email info@kiddiprint.com with a description of the problem and supporting photos. Customer service handles this type of request within 24 hours under the 30-day guarantee and replaces the item.

If we shipped the wrong item, contact info@kiddiprint.com with a description and photos of the product you received. Your request is handled within 24 hours and the correct item is sent to you at no extra cost.
