**RETURNS AND REFUNDS**

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you received your order. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your receipt, we can't offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you notice a defect in the item, please send us a photo or video showing the defect of the item in question to: info@kiddiprint.com
To complete a return, please email us with your order number and the reason for your return to: info@kiddiprint.com. A return made without our approval will not be accepted.
To return your product, it must be in perfect condition; please send it back in its original packaging. The yellow box is part of the product and is not a return packaging.
Return requests are processed within 24 hours.
Once your return is accepted via email, please send the item to the following address:

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer and follow the procedure above.
Return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
**Refunds (if applicable)**
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.
**Late or missing refunds (if applicable)**
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kiddiprint.com.
**Sale items (if applicable)**
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
**Exchanges (if applicable)**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kiddiprint.com for return instructions.
**Gifts**
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
**Cancellation/Modification**
It is possible to cancel your order! However, you have until 11 PM on the day of your order to request cancellation. This request must be addressed directly to our customer service via the following email: info@kiddiprint.com. Beyond this deadline, no cancellation will be possible as the order will be in processing.
As a reminder, an order that has already been shipped cannot be canceled.
**Shipping**
MAINLAND FRANCE and EUROPE DELIVERY
Delivery is free without a minimum purchase for Standard delivery in Mainland France and Europe.
The creation and customization process take 2-3 days, and then your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery time after order processing is 8-12 days.
OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS (DOM)
We offer delivery to the Overseas Departments starting from 3.99€.
Note: However, for this price, we cannot provide you with the KiddiPrint yellow cardboard box, which is bulky and would triple the transport cost.
Estimated delivery time is 20-30 days.
AFRICA DELIVERY
We offer delivery to Africa starting from 6.99€.
Note: However, for this price, we cannot provide you with the KiddiPrint yellow cardboard box, which is bulky and would increase the transport cost by six times!
Estimated delivery time is 20-30 days.
You will receive an email confirming the shipment, and from that receipt, you can consider the delivery times announced when placing your order.
To return a product, send us an email at info@kiddiprint.com for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
**Re-Shipping**
If you provided the wrong address or did not collect your package from the post office within the deadline (14 days), the package will be returned to us.
In this case, you will be required to contact us for us to resend your package. The re-shipping costs will then be a minimum of 5.99 euros (these costs can be higher depending on the size and weight of the item to be returned). Under these conditions, the Satisfaction Guarantee or Refund will not apply.
